Last updated: August 16, 2026  ·  Effective: August 16, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how RIKA OPS LLC ("RIKA OPS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit rikaops.com, contact us, request a proposal, purchase services, or otherwise interact with us. A separate client agreement may provide additional project-specific privacy or confidentiality terms.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Contact and identity information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, and job title.
  • Inquiry and project information: service interests, budget, timeline, business requirements, files, messages, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Transaction and account information: invoice details, payment status, purchased services, and customer-support history. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by RIKA OPS.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, timestamps, basic server logs, and security-related activity.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through our website and hosting infrastructure, from payment and communication providers, and from business partners or public sources when reasonably necessary to respond to a business inquiry or perform contracted services.

4. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and project plans.
  • Deliver, maintain, support, and improve our services.
  • Process payments, refunds, and accounting records.
  • Send transactional messages and, where permitted, relevant business updates.
  • Protect our website, clients, and business from fraud, misuse, security incidents, and legal claims.
  • Comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal obligations.

5. Payments and Stripe

Payments may be processed by Stripe. RIKA OPS does not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy. We may receive limited transaction information such as your name, billing contact, payment status, amount, and payment method type.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website and hosting providers may use essential technologies needed for security, routing, accessibility, and reliable operation. We do not currently sell personal information or intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where applicable law requires them. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers that support website hosting, email, communications, payments, document storage, project delivery, security, analytics (if enabled), and accounting.
  • Professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or counterparty in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for money.

8. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Typical periods are up to 24 months for unconverted inquiries and up to seven years for contracts, project, transaction, tax, and accounting records, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law, a client agreement, or a legitimate dispute or security need.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. Payments are completed through secure third-party payment services, and the website should be accessed using HTTPS. No system or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used or disclosed. You may also object to or opt out of certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To make a request, email contact@rikaops.com. We may verify your identity before responding. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time; transactional and service messages may still be sent.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. International visitors

RIKA OPS is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. The "Last updated" date shows when the current version was revised. Material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
