Service Delivery / Fulfillment Policy
How RIKA OPS plans, develops and delivers digital services.
Policy information is published for customer transparency.
Contact contact@rikaops.com for policy questions.
Keep your project documents and written terms for reference.
Signed or accepted written terms may apply to a specific engagement.
1. Scope and Project Confirmation
Before work begins, RIKA OPS LLC and the client should confirm the service scope, deliverables, required client inputs, applicable fees and the expected delivery approach. Project-specific written terms control where they differ from this general policy.
2. Delivery Process
Typical delivery may include discovery and planning, development or execution, testing and quality review, delivery or launch, and agreed post-delivery support. The exact sequence depends on the service purchased.
3. Client Inputs and Dependencies
Delivery dates can depend on timely access to information, approvals, credentials, content, files, third-party services or other materials the client is responsible for providing. Delays in required inputs may affect the delivery schedule.
4. Digital Fulfillment
Websites, portals, tools, documents and other digital deliverables are normally fulfilled electronically through deployment, secure portal access, email, download link or another agreed digital method.
5. Acceptance and Corrections
Clients should review delivered work promptly and report material issues within the review period stated in the project agreement or delivery communication. RIKA OPS will address corrections that fall within the agreed scope.
6. Ongoing Services
For recurring services, fulfillment occurs according to the applicable subscription, service schedule or written engagement terms.
